Our dynamic Precision Measuring Instruments (PMI) team is currently looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist willing to actively contribute to our growth. This person will assist the Service Manager PMI on their various technical tasks.

His/her main activities would be:

• Advise worldwide customers on any After-Sales issue (50%)
• Accompany customers in their understanding and choice of instruments - more than 3000 ref. (10%)
• Incoming repairs – Order preparation for Administration (30%)
• Animation of application and service training courses for distributors and customers
• Assisting of Specialities order processing
• Assisting of Product Managers
• Assisting of sales/marketing support documentation
• Participation in some exhibitions and customer visits
• Test approval on new products
• Various projects to be defined within the PMI strategy

The key elements of success are:

• Bachelor’s degree (HES) in Mechanical / Microtechnical Engineer or Technician
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or 5 years’ experience if Technician
• Good knowledge of metrology
• Excellent usual IT tools skills
• Advanced knowledge of French and English. German would be a plus
