- What is PMI?
PMI stands for “Precision Measuring Instrument”.
At TESA, PMI relates to hand tools, like micrometers, calipers, DTI’s and Height Gauges, for example.
- What are the options for connecting TESA Brown&Sharpe instruments to a computer?
Electronic measuring instruments can be connected to a computer via a cable or wirelessly. Storing of data allows optimal tracking and complete archiving of measurements.
- What is a TESA Height Gauge?
A TESA height gauge is an instrument with a measurement system that uses an incremental glass scale for extremely fast and precise vertical measurements. The adaptability of these instruments (TESA-Hite, Micro-Hite) makes them the measurement tool of choice for your workshop.
- Is an SCS certificate issued for all instruments?
All TESA height gauges are delivered with an SCS measurement certificate.
- What should I do if there is a problem with my TESA Brown&Sharpe measuring instrument?
First, please consult the manual and follow the relevant troubleshooting instructions. If the problem is still not resolved, contact your nearest representative quoting your reference number, serial number and the problem with the instrument.
